Jeff Chaplain

Owner

Jeff started his automotive career after graduating from Manchester Technical Community College with an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology.

He worked at repair shops in the Concord and Lake Sunapee Area before opening up Village Street Garage in 2012.

He prides himself on exceptional customer service, attention to detail and timely, professional service. He enjoys ice fishing, riding his Rokon, and spending time at the lake riding his vintage jet-ski with his son, Max.

Heather Marsh

Service Writer

When you reach out to VSG for your automobile service, your first point of contact on the phone or walking in will be Heather. Heather has been our service writer since 2017 and will greet you with a smile, respect and courtesy. Heather is the mother of 3 children and has recently adopted her niece. When she is not working, her children keep her very busy

Travis Barchey

Technician

I am an experienced ASE certified nh state licensed automotive technician. With over 7 years of experience and two additional years of auto schooling at CRTC. Ive been with vsg for over four years, diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

I have experience working in a custom garage working on everyhtrhing from antique vehicles, rust repairs, engine modifications, maintenance and inspections. I have built my skills to have a solid track record resolving complex mechanical and electrical issues with a bright and positive attitude.

I like to go on outdoor adventures with my wife, hiking, skiing, camping, kayaking, fishing and traveling the world. I enjoy reviving old vehicles and toys from a rough state to pristine condition. I am always looking for a challenge and the next new thing and can never sit still.

Mike Smith

Mechanic

I have been working on cars since I was young and went into the field right out of hs. I’ve also studied automotive tech at MCC in Manchester. I find working at vsg to be very enjoyable. I’m a big Toyota and lexus enthusiast and own quite a few that I like to work on and build in my free time. Other hobbies of mine include snowboarding and spending time with my family, friends and new son!
