Jeff and Liz Chaplain opened Village Street Garage in June of 2012 and are involved daily in the shop. Jeff can be found repairing customer’s cars and Liz does the behind the scenes work that helps keep the Garage successfully running. They have lived in the area for many years and have 1 son Max.

Jeff started his automotive career after graduating from Manchester Technical Community College with an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology. He worked at repair shops in the Concord and Lake Sunapee Area before opening up Village Street Garage. He enjoys ice fishing, riding his Rokon, and spending time at the lake riding his vintage jet-ski.

Liz is a graduate of Keene State College and Plymouth State University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Dance and her Master’s degree in Elementary Education. She worked at schools in the Pembroke and Kearsarge School Districts before staying at home to raise their son Max. Liz enjoys reading, playing with her son, and spending time at the lake in the summer.

In the summer the Chaplains enjoy going on various camping adventures in their converted 1963 GM Bus.

Heather started working at Village Street Garage in the summer of 2017. This line of work was a new adventure for her, but she has been a wonderful addition to our shop. Her pleasant manor and happy smile will always greet you when you enter the office! Heather resides in the Concord area and enjoys spending time with her 3 children Dustin, Logan and Alyssa.

Travis came on board in 2017 and has stepped right up to the busy schedule of the shop! Travis is a hard worker and always willing to learn new things. He is a graduate of Kearsarge Regional High School and is in the process of furthering his automotive knowledge and education by earning his ASEs in Automotive repair. In his spare time, Travis enjoys upgrading his own vehicles, four-wheeling and spending time with his awesome dog Tyson.
